Install the extension

Founder CRM is a free Chrome extension that finds people for you to reach out to. You describe who your customer is. It opens X, Product Hunt and Reddit in your own browser, keeps the people who fit, and saves them into a CRM on your machine. Then it hands you a daily list. You write every message.

Free, local, no account. No build step required. Download the zip, unzip it, then load the folder in Chrome.

Download Founder CRM
  1. 1Unzip the downloaded file. You will get a folder called founder-crm-chrome.
  2. 2Open Chrome and go to chrome://extensions.
  3. 3Turn Developer mode on in the top right. Load unpacked stays hidden until this is on.
  4. 4Click Load unpacked and select the unzipped founder-crm-chrome folder. That folder contains manifest.json.

If Chrome stops you

Developer mode is off
Load unpacked only appears after Developer mode is on. The toggle is in the top right of chrome://extensions.
Wrong folder
Select the unzipped founder-crm-chrome folder, the one that contains manifest.json. Not the zip, not Downloads, not a nested extra folder.
Chrome says a .crx is missing
This is an unpacked zip, not a store package. Do not drag the zip onto the page. Use Load unpacked on the folder instead.
