There is no scraping farm in a data centre borrowing your cookies. A flow clicks through pages in your session, which means it only ever sees what you can see, and the site sees a person at a laptop rather than a headless fleet.
You can watch the tabs. You can stop the run. Nothing useful happens in a black box. If you close the laptop, it stops being a person on the internet, which is the point.
The CRM itself is local. Names, notes, next actions and saved flows live in IndexedDB in this Chrome profile. There is no Founder CRM account. Optional AI features send relevant page text to the provider key you supply. That is documented on the privacy page, not hidden behind a "everything stays local" slogan.

The send button staying yours is not a missing feature. It is the product. People can already feel AI sludge. The oddly specific note about a launch you actually opened is the part no model has.
Human pace
Flows are written to move like a person looking around, not like a race to empty a subreddit. That is slower than bulk DM software. It is also how you still have an account in six months.
You remain responsible for what you type, and for each site's rules. A local CRM does not make a canned pitch allowed in a community that banned promotion. When the rules say no links, answer with no URL.
