How to use the phrases

Sort by New when you want someone who might still be watching. Relevance is fine when you are studying how people name the job.
If Reddit search is noisy, Google site:reddit.com plus the phrase in quotes, then open the thread itself.
On X, search the phrase plus a year or "looking for". Skip quote-tweet piles.
Skip launches that want votes, threads already solved in the first comment, and anything you would have to break the rules to answer.
