GummySearch alternative
GummySearch was the Reddit research tab a lot of founders kept open: communities, pain language, keyword alerts. New signups closed on 30 November 2025 after the team could not get a commercial Reddit Data API license. Founder CRM is not a hosted replacement for that dashboard. It is a local list of people you will actually talk to.
What GummySearch was
A Reddit audience-research product. You picked communities, browsed pain and "looking for a tool" threads, tracked keywords, and saved posts. It was built for customer discovery more than for sending DMs.
Fed, the founder, wrote the shutdown note on 6 November 2025. The short version: Reddit's Data API terms and a commercial license they could not reach. The GummySearch homepage now says the product is closed as of 30 November 2025, with a transition year for people who already paid.
Why this page exists
Search still asks for a GummySearch alternative. Most answers are other hosted monitors pitching themselves. This page is here so foundercrm.app tells the truth in public, on a stable URL, instead of spraying the same paragraph under every shutdown thread.

Where Founder CRM fits
After you find a person, you still need somewhere they live. Spreadsheets die. Browser tabs die. Founder CRM is a Chrome side panel: names, links, notes, a next action. Optional flows open Reddit in the session you are already signed into and keep people who match. You write every comment.
That is a different job from a hosted research warehouse. We do not license Reddit's firehose, and we will not ship a fake live monitor to win this keyword.

When this is not a fit
If you need a hosted research warehouse, keyword clustering, or alerts with no Chrome extension, Founder CRM is the wrong install. Use a monitor you trust, or F5Bot's free email alerts, and keep this site for the CRM part.

If the missing piece is remembering who you answered, install the Chrome extension. If the missing piece is a research warehouse, look elsewhere. We will not pretend we rebuilt GummySearch.
