After GummySearch, track the outreach
GummySearch closed new signups on 30 November 2025. The research tab a lot of founders kept open is not a place to rebuild your outreach memory. After the shutdown, the useful move is a people CRM: who you answered, what you said, and when to look again.
What closed
GummySearch was Reddit audience research: communities, pain language, keyword tracking, saved posts. Fed, the founder, wrote the shutdown note on 6 November 2025. The short version is a commercial Reddit Data API license they could not reach. New signups closed on 30 November 2025, with a transition year for people who already paid.

What still finds threads
- Reddit search, and Google
site:reddit.com, for a specific problem. - Static examples on buyer-phrase keywords. Not a live index.
- F5Bot if you want email when a keyword appears on Reddit, Hacker News, or Lobsters.
- Syften if you want a broader hosted listener. That is still alerts, not a CRM, and it is not a free clone of the old dashboard.

Track the person, not the keyword
Saved posts were a bookmark. Outreach needs four fields:
- Who they are, and the thread URL.
- What they asked, in their words.
- What you said, including whether you mentioned the product.
- When you should look again, or the decision not to follow up.
The same habit on X and Product Hunt is track outreach from public conversations. Do not turn the old research habit into a comment streak. If posts start disappearing, use Reddit's own account-health pages via our checklist. We do not host a live checker.
Where Founder CRM fits
